All donations to OASIS qualify in terms of code 700 of the Codes of Good Practice on Broad-Based Black Economic Empowerment, as Socio-Economic Development (SED) contributions and will earn corporate donors’ points under this category of the B-BBEE scorecard. Upon receipt of donations, we will issue the donor with:

  1. Article 18A certificate as donations quality for tax excemptions
  2. A letter from OASIS confirming the contribution, qualifying the donor for full recognition in terms of the above-mentioned code.
  3. A Competent Person’s Report confirming the nature of the donation and the black beneficiary status.
